Molding:

  Nobake in tight-flask and flaskless molding using two 500 lbs./min. continuous mixers in conjunction with a sand reclamation system for economic and environmental efficiency. Mold sizes up to 60 x 96", 18 over 18.  
         

Printed Molding Process:

  Patternless process that offers design freedom, improved efficiency and allows parts to poured in days rather than weeks or months.3D printing of sand molds and cores directly from CAD data.  
       

Core Making:

Nobake, Oil Sand and Shell processes.
       

Heat Treating:

  Furnace equipment for annealing, normalizing or quench and tempering to meet customer specification.  
       

Patterns:

  Complete pattern facility to produce, maintain and store top quality pattern equipment.  
       

Casting Simulation and  Analysis:

Software to prove solidification of our customer's parts in advance of pattern making and metal pouring.
