SOLIDWORKS and SOLIDCast, to prove
solidification of our customer's parts in
advance of pattern making and metal pouring. We
can provide Casting Simulation to forecast
solidification of castings.
With the software we can optimize the
casting process before molding by correcting
potential casting defects and improve yields.
Our simulation capabilities will allow us to
avoid gating and feeding problems and predict
casting quality.
Casting Simulations
virtually build and test castings in a fraction
of the time that it takes to build equipment and
make sample castings. This means that, when you
do build molds or patterns and make your first
castings, you will have a much higher success
rate, fewer process changes, and less scrap.
Casting solidification analysis has the
additional benefits of saving time in the
sampling process and leads to energy, material,
